Mobile Recharge System

We our apps a customer can recharge his mobile.

We have two types of recharge, one is mobile recharge and the other is Power recharge.

Every customer will have their own QR code by registering in our apps.

How to recharge a mobile

A customer can recharge his phone in 2 ways. One is Power recharge; his will recharge is own mobile by power or he have to go to a nearby agent to recharge.

Power recharge

If a customer wants to recharge by power, then he have to follow this steps:

Login Mobile recharge choose Power put the amount put your pin.

By this you will get your mobile recharge by power.

Agent recharge

If a customer wants to recharge by an agent, then he has to follow this step:

Go to an agent shop tell the agent you want to recharge you will show your QR code then the argent will scan your QR code tell the agent amount he will recharge your mobile.

Power

1 power = 1 BDT

by using power. A customer can recharge a mobile, pay his/her children’s tuition fee, pay dish or inter bill.

Customer will get Power by going to the agent and hos to follow this step:

Go to an agent shop tell the agent you want to recharge you will show your QR code then the argent will scan your QR code tell the agent amount he will recharge power your mobile.

Agent

An agent will get many features in his apps. He will also have QR code for himself.

When he will register in our apps, he will get PIN, QR code.

USSD Other agent can also our apps in their mobile. For this they have pay with the validity of 1 month/ 6 months / 12 months’ time. He can also change is pin in settings options.

An agent feature are:

Profile :

An agent will get his own profile. In his profile he can edit his profile, can see his commissions and bonus.

Mobile recharge :

one of main features of an agent account is mobile recharge. He can choose if he wants to serve all the service or only one. If he chooses that he will only recharge, then he will get 2.5% BDT commission for per recharge. An agent can recharge a customer mobile by following these steps:

Scan QR/ username/number after scanning the agent will get customers info choose mobile recharge put amount> put your pin balance will transfer.

Power :

Scan QR/ username/number after scanning the agent will get customers info choose Power recharge put amount put your pin balance will transfer.

Pay Bills :

An agent can pay bill (internet, dish tv etc.) of their customers by this apps.

In this apps he will have pay bills option. After pressing pay bill he will get two more options.

Dish/TV :

By following those steps agent can pay customers dish or tv bill

Scan QR/ username/number after scanning the agent will get customers info choose pay bill choose dish or tv bill select company name put amount put your pin balance will transfer.

Internet :

By following those steps agent can pay customers internet bill:

Scan QR/ username/number after scanning the agent will get customers info choose pay bill choose internet bill select company name put amount put your pin balance will transfer.

Inbox:

Agent will get an inbox option. In the option all the massages will be stored.

Statement :

in this option he will get all the statement of the transaction. By pressing the date, he will get that day’s statement.

Balance Transfer :

An agent can transfer balance to other agent by this option. He has to follow those steps:

Login to the apps press Balance transfer option select agents name put the amount put pin transfer balance.

Request Balance :

an agent can request balance form another agent by this apps. He has to follow those steps:

Login to the apps press Balance transfer option select agents name put the requested amount put pin request sent.

Send balk SMS :

an agent can send a same message to every near by agents by our apps.

Login to the apps press balk SMS option select agents name put message put pin request sent.

Mobile Bank :

an agent can send power to mobile banking account just like power.

Login to the apps press mobile banking option select a mobile bank put amount put pin Transfer balance. Commission summary: in this option the agent will get to know how mush commission and bonus he earned from all the services. He can sort it by date, by month, by year.
